About Our company was founded on the principles taught to me by my two grandfathers: Joseph Kalscheur (1916 - ) and William Rettenmund (1916 - 2000). They believed that having your priorities in the right order was the best way of becoming successful. Faith, family, hard work and helping others was their tried and true method. They were dependable, trustworthy and honest, and were always known to be frugal with their own wants while being the first to help others with their needs. They were often sought out for advice on many things, including politics, disputes and finances. It is in this last vein that Joseph & Williams was founded and hopes to continue their legacy. By combining their common sense lessons with their emphasis on hard work, discipline and resourcefulness, we strive to earn our clients' trust and confidence every day. As for me personally, I would be humbled to be put in the same category as my grandfathers. I am married and have six children. We live in Indianapolis, IN and love it here; it's a great place to raise a family. We are committed homeschoolers, and I have been honored to be a guest speaker at several local and state homeschooling conventions. I sit on my local township board, and am also active as a precinct committeeman. I am involved in our church, Our Lady of the Greenwood, where my wife and I are active as a marriage preparation couple. Additionally, I make time for the Knights of Columbus, Boy Scouts, Blue Knights & Little Flowers and provide pro-bono budgeting work for low income families.
